What the hell is a Razzzleberry? - Well, it’s a fugazi, it’s a whazy, it’s a woozie, It’s fairy dust.

Basically we take almost every Irish berry that is available to us from Malones fruit farm, mix ‘em all together and shove them in a case of flaky pie dough - we could go all Nigel Slater and call it our “Blended Sumer Berry Pie” but that’t not really us now is it?

You’d think that mixing Strawberries, Raspberries, Blackberries, Gooseberries, Blueberries and a couple of different currants together might be a bit much - but you’d be wrong. It is pretty much summer in a big buttery case.

Warm it up and have it with a dirty big lump of ice cream - the epitome of summer lovin’.

We pride ourselves on using as many Irish ingredients in our pie sales as possible. In this pie we have Irish wheat from The Little Mill in Kilkenny, Irish Berries and Currants from Malones in Carlow, Free range eggs from North Wicklow as well as all Irish Butter.
