A behind the scenes favourite at N.M’ brought into the light and given its very own slot in the Pie Club rotation. Like the pumpkin pie last month, it’s not something you typically see on the Emerald Isle but we’re not going to let that hold us back because this one is a show stopper.
Our signature flaky, buttery pie crust gets loaded up with pecans (obviously) and something that can best be described as a brown sugar custard. This buttery, nutty and molasesey pie is not one to be missed.
