For the 6th year in a row, our WORLD FAMOUS pumpkin pie This is one of our faves because a pumpkin pie isn't all that common in these parts. We stumbled on the perfect pumpkin pie recipe in the bakery all those years ago and we've just done minor tweaks each year.
We take beautiful, sweet organic Crown Prince pumpkins from McNallys Family Farm, in North Dublin that are just coming into season - puree them, add our special blend of warming winter spices, fill one of our amazing flaky flaky N . M ‘ pie crusts and bake it to perfection. Would you expect anything less from us at this stage? The result is a sweet, spicy, earthy Halloweenie pie perfection.
