A few years ago our friend Luca moved from Dublin to Tuscany and in doing so he ended up becoming an olive and vineyard owner. Skip forward a few years and Luca is now producing some of the best olive oil we've ever tasted.
The Blend a more “normal” olive oil profile, typically peppery with a rich and deep flavour.
The Mono is a single variety oil, it is much more distinct, a little lighter tasting and has a lovely freshness to it.
These are oils for drizzling, please don't use them for frying, you'll make Luca cry.
