It’s a wonderful time of year when the Irish Blueberries start to arrive into the bakery. Our pals at Banner berries are the best of the best when it comes to Blueberries grown on the emerald isle.
The sweetness of the blueberries is complimented perfectly by the slight sourness of the sour cream custard. All topped with a toasted oat crumble using oats from The Merry Mill and loaded into our signature 100% Irish Wheat and Butter flaky pie dough.
Our Pies are baked in a 9inch deep pan and feed 6 hungry people or 8 normal people
