When we managed to get our hands on a big ol’ box of Spanish limes the other week only one thing came to our minds. KEY LIME PIE.
We take the buttery, gingery biscuit base that we used in last months Lemon Meringue and fill it full of silky, limey goodness and top with rosettes of whipped mascarpone cream, just a touch of zest sets the whole thing off.
The Buttery Biscuit Base is made using 100% Irish Butter and 100% Irish grown and milled flour from The Little Mill in Kilkenny. We also use free range eggs from North Wicklow and all Irish Dairy
Allergens: Gluten, Egg, Milk
Must be collected on selected day eaten within 24hrs
